- You affirm that your contribution is made from your own funds and not provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- Note: Campaign contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.
3. USER CONDUCT & ENDORSEMENTS
When you submit an endorsement or “Reason Why” statement, you grant the Committee to Elect Duane Kearsley a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in campaign materials.
- We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that is found to be fraudulent, libelous, or contrary to the “Truth as a Default” standard of this mission.
4. LIMITATIONS
In no event shall the Committee to Elect Duane Kearsley or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.
